How to Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure account security and comply with regulatory requirements, users must complete identity verification before accessing certain platform features.
The platform supports facial recognition and manual review.

Before submitting your information, please ensure all documents are authentic, valid, and clearly visible to improve your approval rate.

1. Standard Verification Process (Facial Recognition)

1. Open the app and go to [Profile]
2. Access the verification page (either option):
   • Tap [Verification Status] next to your avatar to enter the [Verification Center]
   • Or go to [Personal Info] → [Verification Center] → Tap [Verify Now]
3. Select verification method: [Facial Recognition]
4. Upload photos of your ID (front and back)
   • Ensure all details are clear, complete, with no glare or obstruction
5. Follow the instructions to complete face verification (liveness check)
6. Submit and wait for system review — once approved, verification is complete

2. If Verification Fails (Manual Review)

If your verification fails multiple times, possible reasons include unclear images or poor lighting conditions.

You may apply for manual review:

1. Contact [Online Support] to request access to manual verification
2. Follow these steps to resubmit:
   • Restart the app
   • Go to [Verification Center]
   • Tap [Verify] and select [Manual Review]
3. Upload required documents:
   • ID (front and back)
   • A photo of you holding your ID
4. Submit for review (processing time is usually within 24 hours)

• Ensure all submitted information is true, clear, and complete, and use your own valid ID
• Make sure the environment is well-lit; avoid glare or blur. Do not wear hats, masks, or cover your face during facial recognition
